Maine Nursing Home Provides Laughs and Goodwill

With us all under the uncertainty of quarantine and not being able to see the people in our family who might be in assisted living or retirement homes, there's hope.

A new trend is sweeping the country where homes for the elderly are now making videos of our loved ones with whiteboards letting their families know that they are ok.

The place where my grandmother is in Connecticut did the same thing recently, and Maine is not exempt from the developing feel-good trend.

News Center Maine reported last week that the Katahdin Health Care has made it possible to spread joy in this anxiety-filled time.
