Let's call a spade a spade here (and I'm allowed to say this because I'm covered in tattoos). The majority of our generation likes to judge a book by its' cover when it comes to people with an extreme amount of tattoos, especially if you've got them on your face like our dude Post Malone. Watch this video I took of him from his Bangor leg of his concert before I go on:

As a radio host, I've heard many people try to tell me their opinion on him as an artist. Which by the way in itself is wild, considering  they think he looks scary or looks mean, and it just couldn't be any further from the truth. If you've ever watched any interview he's done (which isn't many because he's very picky where who he puts his time into), you'd see the kindness in his eyes.

Here's a perfect example, watch the interview he did with Alex Cooper on Call Her Daddy:

His kindness did not disappoint at his Bangor, Maine concert last Monday, August16, 2024. Let's start with what I considered to be the most incredible part of the entire concert, when he stopped singing to make sure a fan was okay. He noticed somebody in the pit needed some assistance, and he cut the band, lights, and music to aid her into the front row where she could collect herself. Read more details about that part of the show here.

Secondly, after that incident, about 3 more songs down the line he stopped performing again just to ask the crowd if everybody was okay. It's so humbling and impressive to see a man of Pasty's caliber genuinely care about his fans.

Thirdly, if that's a word. He made it a point several times throughout the show to connect with those who may be going through a hard time. He'd pause in-between songs to say things like "you are more loved than you think", or "if you're going through a hard time right now, it's okay I promise you it will get better". Truly one of a kind performance, and the entire concert exemplified what it should mean to be a public figure. Love you Post. So does all of Maine.
