Nosh Kitchen Bar in Portland announced today that they are temporarily closing as one staff member tested positive for COVID-19.

In addition to closing the restaurant, every employee is getting tested as well regardless if they worked with the individual who tested positive or not.

No date for reopening has been released at this time as they will wait until they receive documentation of negative tests from the staff.

In the meantime, they will be deep cleaning and sanitizing the restaurant to ensure the health and safety of staff, vendors, and guests going forward.

It's not easy to unexpectedly shut down a business, especially after already being closed early on in the pandemic, but these responsible actions are extremely important and should be applauded. Thanks for doing your part to keep people safe, Nosh!

We look forward to Nosh Kitchen Bar reopening in the coming weeks.
