It's been a while since TLC were the biggest girl group in the world, with smash hits like 'No Scrubs' and 'Waterfalls' dominating the charts and the airwaves. Still, we were beyond excited to see them take the stage at the 2013 American Music Awards to perform their signature hit, the aforementioned 'Waterfalls.'

The internet hath no fury like One Direction scorned. When Alicia Silverstone mistakenly called 1D "New Direction" on the red carpet at the 2013 American Music Awards (which was seen live on air on E!), Directioners were not pleased. The fans took to Twitter to voice their anger over the mistake.
