I'm at the halfway mark of No Shave November and things have turned ugly. I knew I had gray in my beard, but there's way more than I thought!

No Shave November is a month that people are encouraged to let their beard grow to embrace the hair they have. Hair that most cancer patients lose during chemotherapy. It's also a way to help raise money for The American Cancer Society.

I've set a goal of $300 to raise for the cause, so if you'd like to contribute there's a donation link below.

I walked past the aisle that had Just For Men on the shelves and I stopped and thought about it. I can't do anything about losing the hair on my head, but hiding my gray is doable. I didn't pick up a box, but maybe I should. What do you think? Stick with the gray or wash it right out of my hair...uh....beard.

Shaving is not an option. I want this beard gone, but I made a commitment and I'm sticking to it. It's about time for a trim though, which will also be a new experience for me. And no, I'm not paying to have it professionally done. I'll manage. I hope.

Grey or no grey? Let me know what you think in the comments below or on Facebook.
