West Elm Is Finally Opening Its Doors in Portland, Maine

Middle Street in Portland's Old Port is about to get a little more beautiful with the help of the new West Elm store.

West Elm is a national furnishings and home decor retailer known for their Instagram-worthy products for your home. Those furnishings and home decor are now available for your browsing and shopping pleasure in the heart of the Old Port. This is the first West Elm  location in Maine.

The old brick building at the corner of Market and Middle streets was vacant after White Cap Grille closed last year. The interior underwent extensive renovations to accommodate the new retailer.

As part of the Grand Opening celebration, West Elm's new Portland location gave early bird shoppers a 15% discount on in-store purchases last night (July 26). There's no word yet on any day-of deals or discounts. You'll have to pop into the store and see for yourself!
