What Are All These Splotches on My Lawn? [VIDEO]

One morning after a fog, a noticed a ton of white weird splotches all over my lawn. What the heck are they?

I thought they were spider webs. Maybe it is...but it was like a tiny little cloud and when squashed, they VANISHED!

Okay...do you have these? Do you know what they are? Of course, sunshine made them allll disappear. I know it has something to do with the fog, but I have no clue.
