3 Things I’m Looking Forward to Most This Spring in Maine

Spring is coming in Maine, and I can not wait to enjoy my first warm weather season here!

I arrived on October 25th last year and was unable to get to more than a week without wearing a jacket.

One of the things I can not wait for is Maine Maple Sunday, mmmm I can taste the syrup on all of the good pancakes and the ice cream, and I hear it is a fab-tastic event to attend!

That event is March 22nd this year.

Traditional Means Still Used For Making Maple Syrup

Another place I can not wait to go to is The Lobster Shack at Two Lights. It is right up the road from me, and I have heard nothing but good things from my neighbors who frequent the establishment.

Not to mention, I need the juices from inside the shells, in my belly.

The last thing I can not wait for is Memorial Day weekend when the beach is open; I can show my new summer bod and feel the gentle, almost summer breeze going through my hair... What are you looking forward to the most about spring?
