Biddeford HS Teacher/Students Parodies ‘High Hopes’ For Pi Day
Jon Jacques has been making parody songs for his students at Biddeford High School for years.
Some past Pi Day songs include parodies of Queen’s “Bohemian Rhapsody,” Michael Jackson’s “Thriller,” Nsync's "Bye Bye Bye," and even "I Will Survive" by Gloria Gaynor.
Mr. Jacques YouTube page is filled with other videos about Pi including one where he channels his inner Tom Brady in a video called "Jon vs Pi," a parody of the Facebook video series Tom vs Time.
For this year's parody, Jon chose the latest hit by the band Panic! At The Disco called "High Hopes" and you probably have guessed the name of the song by now.
So to celebrate the ratio of a circle’s circumference to its diameter....day, or 3.14. Let's all enjoy Biddeford High School's choir performing "Pi Hopes" written by Mr. Jon Jacques.
Still, I can't help but wonder what Mr. Jacques favorite dessert is...
