This Local Car Owner Took Doodling to A New Level

I was on a stroll through downtown Portland the other day and stumbled across this elaborately decorated car covered in doodles:

The DIY paint job seems to have a pro-recycle theme, along with some weather-related artwork and a yin and yang symbol on the hood.
