Here’s How to Avoid Paying Service Fees for Concerts Tickets in Maine
You've likely been online ordering a couple of tickets to see an upcoming show, only to find your total coming to anywhere from $10 to $100 or more than the cost of the tickets.
Although Ticketmaster has introduced "All In Pricing", which shows the total cost of the ticket upfront, it is still up to the venues and the artists to choose that option. You will likely see, for one reason or another, that not all are opting in to this option.
Purchasing tickets in person at the box office usually eliminates these fees and save you a fair amount of money. Unfortunately, not all venues offer the option to do so. Here are some venues in Maine that offer in-person ticket purchases. It's important to know that box office hours can change, so you may want to inquire ahead of time.
