Well, the day has come. Lori and I have been talking about going to a personal trainer together, and yesterday we finally did! It was a really good workout, just hard enough that I was sufficiently challenged, but not so impossible I didn't want to come back.

Most of the exercises involved straps, belts, exercise balls, or machines... and were tough. But one of them looked so easy and involved nothing besides our bodies and the wall, and was SO. DIFFICULT.

Give it a try! 15 times in a row. And then try it again the next day, because that's the pain I was suffering in this video.
