'Jane' emailed about the president of her company and how he treats his employees. He's gotten in trouble and sobered up, but is still using offensive language.

Here's 'Jane's' letter:

The president of our company got in trouble a few years ago for calling a woman a ___ (it's the most offensive word you can call a woman). He was given a two week leave of absence, received alcohol counseling and apologized to the entire company.

He is now sober, but his language is still offensive. He has once again called someone the same thing. This time it was in a meeting.

This has been reported to the corporate office, yet two months later and nothing has been done. My question is, what would happen at other publicly held companies if a member of management did the same thing?

I am stunned this can go on in the corporate world.

I think what 'Jane' truly wants to know is if she is alone? Do you have an offensive boss? What has been done about that?
