It's hard to imagine the Super Bowl on any day other than Sunday, but if you think about it, it would make a lot of sense.

At least according to one New York teen leading the charge to switch the days. According to WGME, 16-year-old Frankie Ruggeri thinks the game should be a day earlier for a simple reason, "Because schools are not open the next day," also adding concern for those of us who work on Mondays. (Yeah, I get up at 3 am on weekdays. That just doesn't jive well with a late-night Super Bowl party!)

Very thoughtful, kid. I couldn't agree more!

He started his own petition on Change.org. He said he hopes to get "tons and millions" of signatures but at the time of writing, he's just shy of 5,000.
