STRIVE Rocks 2023 Dancing for 12 Hours Virtually With Lots of Fun

STRIVE Rocks will be rocking your computer coming up from May 5 through May 6!

One of the biggest fundraisers PSL Services/STRIVE has every year is STRIVE Rocks! In the name of caution, it's virtual again this year - but loaded with fun!

They wanted to of course have the event in person, but over the past couple of years, they have been forced to go virtual. But they have just as much fun if not MORE fun! There's no stopping the enthusiasm and love for this event! For 12 hours everyone rocks out! And there are themes too! What will be your favorite hour as you get to stay up all night long? Oh, and one of the surprises may just be your favorite morning show making an appearance. Can you spot Lori, Jeff, and Meghan THE New Hire?

Want an awesome souvenir of the event? Raise a minimum of 50 dollars and you could be the proud owner of a STRIVE Rocks t-shirt! The most important thing is to raise as much money as you can while having the time of your life!

If you aren't familiar with STRIVE, it's a non-profit serving over 850 tweens, teens, and young adults with developmental disabilities--through educational, social, and vocational training opportunities in Portland, Maine. They help these teens and young adults with intellectual and emotional disabilities by using resources within their community, so they can be viable members of the community. It's been around since 1999 when it opened its doors to teens with developmental disabilities as a place to hang out and socialize with peers on Friday nights. That very first STRIVE night boasted 4 members, and through the past 10 years, the events continued to grow to serve as a safe space for socializing for over 25,000!

What an incredible resource! So, get your dancing shoes on and help make STRIVE Rocks 2022 amazing! It's from Saturday, May 5 right into Sunday, May 6. Please help in any way you can.
