This week on 97 Seconds, we get to meet one of America's youngest state legislators. Representing Biddeford in the Maine House at just 24 years old (elected at 23), Ryan Fecteau is Maine's second-youngest member of the House and the youngest openly gay legislator in the country.

Fecteau was raised in Biddeford, and graduated from Biddeford High School. He returned to Maine after graduating from the Catholic University of America in DC, and he works in Portland at a construction firm downtown.
