The Boston Celtics have once again etched their name into basketball history, emerging as the champions of the 2024 NBA Finals.

The team clinched the title by winning three games, losing one, and then getting one more win in Boston to seal the deal for the team's 18th total championship.

The celebration of this monumental victory culminated in a grand parade through the heart of Boston on Friday, June 21, as fans of all ages gathered to celebrate with the team.

Head coach Joe Mazzulla and key players like Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown waved to the crowd and held up the championship trophy for all to see.

Brown was named the 2024 Bill Russell NBA Finals MVP.

“It was a full team effort,” Brown said after getting the MVP trophy. “I share this with my brothers and my partner in crime, Jayson Tatum. He was with me the whole way. I’ve been grateful for every moment, every opportunity. I never hung my head.”

How incredible is it to see Boston and New England land another sports victory? Think they could do it again in 2025?

The New England Patriots have won six Super Bowls.

The Boston Red Sox have won nine World Series titles.

The Boston Bruins have won six Stanley Cups.

Talk about some sports domination. There's nothing quite like being a Boston/New England fan, even through some of the "down" times.

If you didn't get to attend the parade live in person, let's take a look at a number of photos of the event, awash with green and white, celebrating the 2024 NBA champions, the Boston Celtics.
