Cancer Community Center’s Wig Program

Cans for a Cure is a gigantic bottle drive to benefit the Maine Cancer Foundation and the Cancer Community Center. The CCC offers support, education and a safe place for those dealing with cancer along with their family and friends. And all services are 100% free! Including their wig program run by Debbie Porter...a breast cancer survivor.

Debbie has used the services of Cancer Community Center when she was diagnosed in 2012. She is now in remission and wanted to give back. She is a licensed cosmetologist. She has organized the wigs donated to the center and is fitting women - and again all for free.

Please help us help keep the programs going at Cancer Community Center! So many ways to help!
