Happening Down the Hall: Markathon 8 on WCYY!

The Q is just one part of a great big radio family here in Maine, and this week, we're coming together to help our friend Mark Curdo raise thousands of dollars for The Center for Grieving Children on our sister station 94.3 WCYY.

If you're from Southern Maine, or have lived here for a while, you've probably heard of Markathon on CYY. Every year, Mark spends an entire week in the CYY studio (yes, he even sleeps in there!) and raises as much money as he can for the Center. That's 102 hours live on the radio.

Mark will play any song you want to hear on CYY, and he means it. Any song, from any genre. Every little bit helps, and with your help, we can beat last year's amount of almost $50,000!
