"My heart has broken over and over again as I’ve watched the senseless theft of Black lives and futures. There is much work to be done to dismantle systemic racism and oppression. I’m contributing to the cause the best way I know how — music. I believe that music is a healing gift from God.

I created this showcase to shed light on a significant moment in African American history, create opportunity for Black artists, and to raise money for local organizations that empower Portland’s Black Community. I hope you’ll join us.
