When you clicked this, were you also feeling 50/50 on it? At first, I'm all "That's such a cool idea, nobody's every done that before!", and then I'm all, "You know what? There may be a reason why nobody's ever done that before". Do I think this is going to be an amazing additive to the bar scene here in Portland, Maine? Absolutely. Do I also think there's a lot of degenerates that may not be able to be trusted with this system if not executed perfectly? Also yes. However, I don't think it's how it sounds. I don't think you'll be able to just turn a nob and funnel wine into your glass when nobody's looking.

There's actually a method to this madness, though. After reading their website's mission statement, it all started to make perfect sense, and it sounds absolutely delightful.
