South Paris Railroad Crossing Finally Being Repaired

A few weeks back I wrote about the worst railroad crossing to drive over in Portland which has since gotten some work done. Now the same is about to happen in South Paris.

When I wrote the original article there were a lot of people who commented that Main Street in South Paris was even worse. Having driven over both I can agree that that's the case.

Today, the Town of Paris posted on their Facebook page that the railroad crossing near Ripley & Fletcher Ford is going to be paved on Thursday and it will take all day.

Rejoice! By Friday it should be smooth sailing over the crossing.
