The city of Portland seems to be semi-open on this week, and people are loving every minute of it. Outside of the protest, there were hundreds of people out enjoying the excellent weather. Whether it was just going for walks in small groups or going out to the restaurants that have outdoor seating. Portland was bustling! We are not out of the woods yet, but these days show that hope is Alive.
