One of my favorite things to do on Krissy in the Morning is to meet and interact with you, and our new (ish) Q97.9 app allows me to meet you in so many different ways!

Fireflame Friday is a segment on my morning show every Friday that allows women to have their voices heard and small businesses seen by shouting out other women they look up to and why. There's power in influence, and the influence starts with you.
