If you are looking for something a little different and fun to do on Fridays this summer, there's a great outdoor movies series happening in Auburn. It all starts this weekend on June 11 at Anniversary Park with a showing of the classic 1978 musical film, "Grease" starring Olivia Newton-John and John Travolta.
It's gonna be kinda freaky having life-like dinosaurs moving their heads around and roaring at at us as we try and make our shots. Sounds like a major blast to us! The place to do just that is at Raptor Falls in Arundel, Maine.
It starts with an aerial view of his Islesboro estate apparently taken from one of his planes. Then we get a closer look of the beautiful house from a ride in on the golf cart driven by Travolta's son.
Imagine getting hauled down a river and seeing one of these monstah fish jumping straight out and up into the air! Now imagine the shock of one knocking a kid out of the tube and into the water as it comes back down. Yikes!
The new ordinance was put in place to protect of endangered and at-risk wildlife. That includes the piping plovers you see scurrying around on those beaches. Dogs just love to chase those little things.
