The Controversial FHOP is Open

It appears the fight continues between Falmouth House of Pizza and Foreside House of Pizza.

Back in April an eviction notice went up on the door of Falmouth House of Pizza in the Shaw's plaza on Route One in Falmouth. Today a new FHOP is open...The Foreside House of Pizza.

So, if this is Foreside House of Pizza...where is FALMOUTH House of Pizza. This is what the website for Falmouth House of Pizza says:

We no longer occupy 251 US Route 1 Falmouth, Maine. We are looking for a new location. More information to follow when available. | Our phone number that we've operated since the 70s was fraudulently taken 207-781-5251 We are working on recovering the number.

We have no affiliation with the new operator at our historic location next to Shaws. We have filed a cease and desist from using our trademark FHOP and requested the administration to our social medial accounts be returned. Neither request has been complied with. We are still working on resolving these issues and we apologize to our customers for any confusion. An express menu, with our pizza, sandwiches, salads and dinners will still be available within Ela Market & Grill in the near future and is also currently available in Freeport at Antonias Pizzeria.
