Maine Pet Groomers

One of the many amazing things about Maine, no matter the area you live in, is that it's a very pet-friendly state. Countless businesses allow you to bring your dogs with you inside their locations, whether they are bars or other businesses.

With that pet love, other than amazing veterinary services that insure our fur babies reek only of the best of health, are also businesses that want to make sure or pets -- dog or cat, pup or kitten -- look their best. We truly have countless amazing groomers spread out all over Vacationland.

Unfortunately, though, at the end of the year, we are losing one amazingly popular location.

D'tails Dog Grooming Announces Closing

After years of providing the Brunswick, Maine, community -- as well as surrounding town and cities, because they're groomers with traveling for -- D'tails Dog Grooming & Cats Too broke hearts by announcing their permanent closing at the end of the year.

In a post on their official Facebook page by owner Pam Reynolds,

I am sad to report that D'tails salon will be closing it's doors for good at the end of this year. Our last day of grooming will be Dec 30. 2023.

Immediately, customers flooded the comments section of the announcement with nothing but well-wishes and appreciation, including pictures of the pets that the staff at D'tails actually groomed first-hand, including this writer's dog, which the D'tails staff turned into the "All-American Pup" around the 4th of July.

The full announcement about the D'tails closing by Pam can be read below; however, if you have a favorite or preferred groomer from the amazing staff they have top to bottom, there is still a chance you fur baby can get a buff and puff by the same person, as Pam listed the known future plans for some of the staff.

Best wishes to Pam and the entire staff of D'tails Dog Grooming & Cats Too, and thank you for the years of high-level service. You'll certainly be missed in the Brunswick community and by surrounding areas, too.
