One thing I constantly wonder in my industry is how I can make a difference. One thing that's always been very important to me is the way people treat each other. It's the difference between having a good day or a bad day and it's just so easy to make somebodies day. Always choose making it a good day. It genuinely upsets me when women tear one another down rather than lift not another up, and there's my answer.

That's how I can use my platform to try to make a difference through leading by example. Empowering women, supporting women, and rooting for women to reach their goals and hype one another up. That is how Fireflame Friday was born; a segment on my morning show every Friday that allows women to have their voices heard by shouting out other women they look up to and why. There's power in influence, and the influence starts with you.
