The new space will be a little smaller than the original location on Forest Ave, so Chris plans to scale back the menu a bit at first and focus more on take out at the second location.
Each shop participating will then begin to build their own 16 foot Maine Italian, combining them all to make a sandwich that is 144 feet long. Then it's our turn to dig in!
